After another amazing season at Ziptrek Mont Tremblant, we would like to recognize the following employees for going above and beyond every day, showcasing their outstanding work ethic and care towards guests and as well as their fellow team members. 

Congratulations to Fausto Fontana - Leader of the Year!

Fausto truly embodies the strength of Ziptrek. Always present, he ensures that every detail is taken into account and that no one forgets anything. This year, he has taken charge of the restoration of the trails of our course, an ambitious project that was carried out with care and precision. But his role doesn’t end there: as the leader of our team’s training, Fausto knows how to pass on his knowledge and skills with exceptional patience and professionalism.

Fausto is the first person our guides meet upon arrival. His warm welcome and efforts of making everyone feel comfortable are qualities that make him an amazing ambassador of our company.

This fall, Fausto also took on the challenge of workforce management and engaged the team in various projects to keep the teams motivation and enthusiasm alive. When Fausto has an idea, he has a unique ability to mobilize a team to implement it. His leadership and ability to make things happen are key pillars of our company.

Congratulations to Nicholas Saint-Hilaire - Employee of the Year!

This year, we are honored to recognize an exceptional senior guide: Nicholas Saint-Hilaire. After three years with us, Nicho continues to excel in his impressive technical expertise, inspiring mentorship, and impeccable day management.

But that’s not all - he is also always ready to help, whether it be for maintenance, customer support, or initiatives that facilitate the smooth running of operations.

Nicho has not only developed new skills on the course this year but also progressed within the company, demonstrating his commitment and long-term vision with Ziptrek. He embodies confidence, resilience, and team spirit: there is no challenge that is too big, and no unpredictable situation that makes him hesitate.

With Tremblant in his soul, Nicho knows his region like no one else and never hesitates to share his passion and knowledge with colleagues and guests. His reassuring approach means he always finds the right words to provide a memorable customer experience and support new and experienced colleagues.

Congratulations to Frédéric Leclerc - Rookie of the Year!

Since his first day at Ziptrek, Frédéric has been a real asset to the team. With his innate sense of initiative, his caring attitude, and his extraordinary physical strength, he quickly found a place among us. You’d almost think he’s been on the team for years, but no! This is his first year, and he is integrating with remarkable skill and finesse.

With a contagious good mood and a smile that brightens everyone’s day, you have an indispensable colleague. Frédéric never hesitates to refill water jugs so that no one is thirsty, and all this with a smile as a bonus! It is a real pleasure to have him here.

Congratulations to Caroline Homet - Senior Guide of the Year

During her 4 years at Ziptrek, Caroline has been the perfect balance between expertise, softness, and efficiency. This year marks her second year as a senior guide, and over the years she has been able to analyze the course with finesse and propose diplomatic solutions to each challenge. Her calm, analytical spirit and ability to find sensible solutions make her an essential figure for our team.

Caroline doesn’t just shine on the field. This year, she also took over the complete review of our security protocols, analyzing numerous documents and implementing improvements with her conscientious mind. She is the ideal person to take charge of such important projects.

Always ready to lend a hand, Caroline is a model of versatility and involvement. In addition to her guiding role, she is actively involved in marketing and does not hesitate to highlight the importance of nature in our work. Passionate about the beauty of our environment, she ensures that every opportunity is a way to enhance it. Caroline is a true ambassador of Ziptrek values, and we are incredibly proud to have her among us.

Congratulations to Léa Routhier - Guest Services of the Year!

Since her start 3 years ago, Léa has been able to radiate her energy, motivation, and dynamism within our team. In her new cross -trained role, she progressed quickly and impressed us all with her leadership skills. Her efficiency and leadership contributed greatly to improving our client satisfaction and strengthening team cohesion.

Lea has a unique ability to take the time to listen, understand, and respond to each client’s needs, even in difficult conditions. When the weather is capricious, her energy remains positive, and her radio calls always resonate with joy. Her calm and confident handling of complex situations not only builds confidence with our clients but also inspires her colleagues to follow her example. We can say that everyone needs a Léa in their life! Her joie de vivre and festive spirit make her a valuable colleague, always ready to add a touch of fun to our daily lives.
