Planning an adventure at Ziptrek Mont-Tremblant’s famous zipline?

Get ready for breathtaking views, heart-pounding thrills—and a little prep to make sure you're dressed for success.

Choose the Right Footwear

Ziplining isn’t the time for fashion over function. Closed-toe shoes with good grip—like sneakers or light hiking boots—are a must. Leave the sandals and slip-ons at home.

Also leave aside the white shoes: if they shine in the city, they will quickly end up covered with dirt and dust while walking in the forest.

Dress for Movement

Comfort is key. Wear activewear that lets you move freely—think athletic pants or shorts. Avoid dresses, skirts, or anything loose that could get tangled in the harness or be uncomfortable. The Falcon Tour is three hours long, so consider that when choosing your attire!

Layer Smartly

Mont-Tremblant weather can shift quickly, especially in higher elevations. Even on warm days, bring a light jacket or long-sleeved layer. In cooler months, gloves and a beanie can make the ride more comfortable.

Protect Yourself from the Elements

Sunscreen is a must as you will be flying high above the trees. If you decide to bring your sunglasses, you will need a tether to attach them to your neck, ensuring they don't fall off. If they fly off while zipping, they are gone forever.

And don’t forget insect repellent, especially in the spring and summer.

Keep It Simple

Avoid bulky accessories or valuables. Use zippered pockets to secure your phone while zipping or, even better, hire a GoPro and leave the phone safely at the base of the mountain.

With the right gear, you can take full advantage of the views, adrenaline and unforgettable experience that these ziplines provide while flying over the Laurentian forest.
